OneStar Warsfan / PC modder built this R2D2 case from under $ 120 in part ( despoiler : he started with a tripe can ) .
By custom cutting a untainted steel trash can , R2 had his root . Now he just needed some detail oeuvre . So the modder dremeled like a mad man before adding wooden legs , LED and Vikureen polystyrene metal plating to complete the look . Where the moldable plating would not flex properly , you may see ( upon skinny review ) that it was merely slice up into strip .
Oh , and just in pillow slip you always question . R2D2 lead on a P4 2.8GHz with 768 MB of RAM and 64 megabyte GeForce MX400 graphics .
