An aspiring net weatherman in eastern Kentucky was recently arrested on second - degree arson charges after authority say he intentionally started a wildfire , the Associated Press reports . accord to police , 21 - year - old Johnny Mullins admitted to setting the fire to bring wide attention to his video on Facebook .
“ He likes to do Facebook videos and have mass surveil him on his ‘ weather prognosis , ’ so that ’s fairly much why he did what he did , ” James Stephens , law head of Jenkins , Kentucky , evidence the AP . “ He relish the attention he perplex from the Facebook material . ”
