How are these water drops just floating on the surface of the water?

Water is n’t conjecture to float on top of weewee because well , piddle is water . So how are these droplets of water supply suspend on the surface of the water ? intelligent . The water is actually on top of a speaker system and the acoustic vibrations allows the piss drops to continue as drops on top of water .
