The pop star shared several Instagrams over the course of the night. The first was a picture of herself below a sign that had an Andy Warhol-inspired photo of Cornell’s face and her name on it.
“Chris Cornell Tribute Concert,” she captioned it with a bunch of heart emojis.
Then she shared a video of herself singing “Say Hello 2 Heaven.”
“Had a heavenly experience with you tonight, Chris,” she wrote about the concert. “We felt you and heard you…. your words and spirit filled the room…. there was an overwhelming feeling of so much love… we miss you deeply … tonight was an honor….”
For the other performances, she was sporting black, flowing pants, platform heels and a Chris Cornell sweatshirt.
After reports on Wednesday suggested that Cyrus was pregnant with her first child, the “Wrecking Ball” singer denied she was expecting in a hilarious tweet.
